Clinical psychological assessment based on ICD 11
Psychological assessment of adults, youth and children — administered by AI
One assessment, administered by AI and designed and supervised by licensed psychologists, examines your attention, personality patterns, intelligence, mood and stress. When you finish, the findings come back to you as a written report in careful, plain language - and within the diagnostic framework of ICD-11.

What the assessment looks at
Six connected areas of psychological functioning, measured with validated instruments and read together rather than in isolation.
Attention
How reliably you can direct and sustain focus, including patterns often seen in ADHD.
Personality patterns
The enduring traits behind how you relate to people, react under pressure and make choices.
Intelligence
Where reasoning, memory and processing speed place you against established norms.
Mood and anxiety
Low mood, persistent worry and how well your ways of coping hold up.
Stress and burnout
Whether today's demands are exceeding your capacity to recover.
Executive function
How you plan, organize, begin and complete the tasks of daily life.
Four steps to your report
1
The AI interview
You start with a guided intake conversation. The AI asks about your background and what daily life feels like right now, adapting its follow-up questions to your answers.
2
A battery built for you
The interview shapes which validated tests come next, so the battery fits your situation rather than following a fixed standard sequence.
3
Clinical analysis
Interview and test data are weighed against ICD-11, the World Health Organization's current classification of mental and behavioural conditions, following procedures defined by licensed psychologists.
4
A written report
The findings are assembled into a structured, readable document that explains what was measured, what it suggests and what it cannot settle.
One report, everything explained
The assessment does not end with a page of numbers. It ends with a single document that walks through your results in order, in language written for you rather than for a clinic — yet structured so a professional can pick it up and work with it.
- Full scores, explained in plain language
- Clinical context for every result
- Your strengths alongside your vulnerabilities
- Concrete next steps you can act on
- A report you can share with a professional
The science and the ethics
Psychological assessment deserves rigor. These four commitments govern how the service is built and how your results are handled. Findings are mapped to ICD-11 — the diagnostic classification used by clinicians worldwide, including in the Danish health service.
Validated instruments
Every measure in the battery is an established, peer-reviewed instrument with documented reliability — nothing experimental.
Psychologist oversight
Licensed psychologists write the protocols, monitor output quality and review how the assessment performs over time.
Privacy under GDPR
Your answers are handled as sensitive health data and processed under GDPR. The details are set out in our privacy policy.
Not a formal diagnosis
You receive structured findings, not a medical verdict. Confirming a diagnosis requires clinical evaluation by a licensed clinician.

Psychological assessment online
A complete assessment, administered by AI
An online psychological assessment at Numbershine joins a structured intake interview, cognitive testing and personality assessment into one continuous process. The AI conducts every session; licensed psychologists decide what it asks, how answers are scored and how conclusions based on ICD-11 may be worded. Because the whole process happens online, you complete it privately, at whatever pace your week allows.
Assessment or free self-test?
Choose the AI psychological assessment when you want depth: ADHD screening, personality assessment, cognitive testing and measures of mood and stress, integrated into one report. Choose the free psychological tests when you would rather begin with a quick, validated snapshot of a single area. Many people start free and go deeper later.
Designed and supervised by licensed psychologists
Automation here never means an absence of accountability. Licensed psychologists build each protocol on validated instruments, define the clinical frameworks used in the analysis and audit finished reports for accuracy and tone. The result is an online psychological assessment that pairs the reach of software with the standards of clinical practice — and stays honest about what it cannot conclude.
eliminate unhelpful psychological processes and improve quality of life through a better understanding of self.

Frequently asked questions
Is the assessment a diagnosis?
No. It maps your psychological functioning in a structured, evidence-based way and will flag patterns that deserve clinical attention — but only a licensed clinician can make a formal diagnosis, through a clinical evaluation. The report is deliberately written so you can take it into that conversation.
How long does it take?
Set aside a few hours in total, spread over as many sittings as suits you. You can stop whenever you need to and pick up where you left off, and the written report arrives once the analysis of your final section is complete.
What does it cost, and what is included?
Current pricing is listed on the assessment page. One payment covers the whole process — the interview, the tailored test battery, the analysis and the full written report — with no subscription attached.
How accurate is it?
The battery is assembled from validated psychometric instruments, and every step follows procedures set by licensed psychologists. No assessment that relies on self-report can be perfect, so the report states how confident each finding is rather than pretending to certainty.
What about my privacy?
We treat what you tell us as sensitive health data. It is encrypted, held on secure servers and handled under GDPR; it is not sold, and it is not used to target advertising. If you want a copy of your data — or want it erased — you only have to ask.
Are there free options?
Yes. Three validated self-tests — stress, anxiety and self-worth — are available on our free tests page. Each measures one area and offers a low-stakes way to see how Numbershine works before committing to the full assessment.
Can children and young people use Numbershine?
Numbershine is designed for adults, young people and children. If you are under 18, you may only use the tests and the assessment together with a parent or guardian who supervises throughout. Many parents complete the questions with their child and find the conversation it starts valuable in itself.
Know where you stand
One structured assessment, one written report — and a considerably clearer sense of how your mind works and what to do next.
