How it works

1

Answer honestly

Find a quiet moment and respond as you actually are, not as you wish to be. There are no right answers, and nothing you select is judged.

2

Get your profile

Your responses are scored against validated norms the moment you finish. You see where you stand, explained in plain language, with no waiting.

3

Turn insight into action

Every result comes with grounded, realistic suggestions for what to do next — and clear guidance on when it makes sense to talk to a professional.

Built on psychometric science

Every Numbershine test is developed by licensed psychologists and built on established, peer-reviewed scales. Before a test is published, we examine its reliability and validity against accepted psychometric standards. If a test does not measure what it claims to measure, it does not go live.

  • Validated instruments — Built on established, peer-reviewed psychological scales.
  • Reliability tested — Checked for internal consistency and stability over time.
  • Clinically grounded — Developed and reviewed by licensed psychologists.
  • Transparent scoring — Scored against published norms and explained in plain language.

Frequently asked questions

Are the tests really free?

Yes. All self-tests on Numbershine are free, with no account required and no hidden costs. We also offer one paid service — the AI psychological assessment — which is clearly marked and entirely optional.

How accurate are the tests?

Each test is built on established, validated psychological scales and checked for reliability before it is published. That said, any self-report test is a structured snapshot, not a complete picture — results are most useful as a starting point for reflection, not a final verdict.

What happens to my answers?

Your responses are treated as sensitive health-related data. They are stored securely, processed in line with GDPR, never sold, and never shared with advertisers. You can complete every free test without creating an account.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. These tests are screening and self-insight tools — they can point to patterns worth paying attention to, but they cannot diagnose any condition. A diagnosis can only be made by a licensed clinician after a proper clinical evaluation. If a result worries you, please bring it to a professional.

When do the free tests launch?

The free tests are currently in validation — we are checking their reliability and accuracy before release, and we will not publish them until they meet psychometric standards. The AI psychological assessment is available now.
